‘Save Christmas’ as part of the 'A Very Big Band Christmas Show' with the Daryl McKenzie Jazz Orchestra at The Jazz Lab on 21 December 2025! It was so awesome to be amongst these incredible monster artists, including Fem Belling, Belinda Parsons, Nina Ferro and Roscoe James Irwin (The Cat Empire) - just wow!💥 It was the show’s 10 year anniversary and it was the most fun Christmas show I’ve ever seen!! The arrangements were just something else and I’m still smiling from it! 🤩 I asked if I could play my new original Christmas song 'Save Christmas' and they said yes!! Then they said 'why don’t you come and sing it', and of course I said yes!! 🥳 😁 🤗 The support and the opportunity was huge and I can’t thank them enough. This is a snippet of ‘Save Christmas’ from the show. I’m also very sparkly✨ If it makes you smile, jump into the link in my bio, buy it from Bandcamp or find it on your fav streaming platform. 'Save Christmas' is a larger-than-life holiday single written by Kara Ciezki, with contributions from Judd Field and Jared Haschek. With bright horns, punchy rhythm and comic-book charm, it’s a festive anthem for everyone — cheeky, joyful and full of sparkle. Originally inspired by the movie Violent Night, the song began with a darker edge before Kara reimagined it as something joyful, tongue-in-cheek and brimming with swagger and fun. It’s Christmas with attitude: a reminder that Santa’s still looking out for us all… and bringing the band. 🎅✨ Merry Christmas!! 📸 Rachael Grace #savechristmas #averybigbandchristmas #livemusic #christmassong
